Helena has launched its new Annual Report and Value for Money Statement highlighting its performance of the repairs and maintenance arm of the business - Helena Propertycare.

Helena's Annual Report 2014 gives an update on our performance, how we compare to other similar housing associations and what our plans are going forward.

Our Value For Money statement measures our performance against the Homes and Communities Agency standard and identifies Helena's key strengths and areas for improvement.
